Use these instructions to request deletion of your SpeakSwap account and personal data, including accounts created through Facebook Login.
How to request deletion
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Data deletion request". Include the email address on your SpeakSwap account and the login method you used, such as email, Google, or Facebook.
If you cannot access the email address on the account, include enough information for us to verify that you control the account before we delete anything.
What we delete
After verification, we will delete or de-identify your account profile, authentication-linked personal data, job records, uploaded files, generated files, and contact messages associated with your account where deletion is technically and legally possible.
Some records may be retained where required for payment, tax, legal, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, or security reasons.
Timing
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Complex requests, legal holds, or provider limitations may require more time.
We will reply to the request email when the deletion is complete or if we need more information.
Facebook Login users
If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove SpeakSwap from your Facebook account settings. Removing app access from Facebook does not automatically delete all data already stored by SpeakSwap, so email us if you want full account deletion.
